You can have your pets medical history emailed to you. You will need to have one of the following parameters to be able to retrieve you records:

• Phone number or last name used when the account in our database was set up

• If you do not remember one of those you will be unable to access the records - Please click on the button below

• You will need to have the records emailed to you. They will not text to your phone appropriately. Make sure you ask to have them emailed to you.
